It’s 2021, and I hope by now we all know that body shape or size isn’t a prerequisite to wear cute clothes.
While appearance is far from everything, wearing clothes that comfortably suit your body and make you feel good can increase your confidence. Shopping with an inclusive mindset can make a statement about what you believe in.

Consumer dollars hold so much power in fashion, and why wouldn’t you want to support a brand that’s empowering women?
Here are my favorite brands that cater to diverse body types.
Co-founded by Emma Grede and Khloė Kardashian, who was frustrated at not being able to find clothing in her size, Good American stocks all of their clothing in sizes 00-30. They display their pieces on models of different sizes so you can get a feel for how something may look on your body type.
Good American is known for their denim, but carries all kinds of clothes. I’m dying to get my hands on some of its swimwear for this summer!

This Australian brand offers pieces in sizes up to 16, showing side-by-sides of different sized models on their website. There is a huge dress selection, which is great for any occasion. From summer brunches to formals, Showpo has you covered.

Missguided is great for trendy pieces at affordable prices. They make clothes specifically to fit plus-size, curvy, tall and petite women. Check it out if you don’t want to shell out a whole paycheck on a corset you’re not sure will be in style next season.
Athleisure is in, and Fabletics is on the wave.
This athletic brand is very similar to LuluLemon, but offers sizes XXS to 4X. Take advantage of the great sales it offers by stocking up on leggings or trying out matching sets as the weather gets warmer.

Swimsuits for All was founded by Ashley Graham, a pioneer in showing the world that style doesn’t have a size. It sells great quality swimwear in sizes 4 through 40, so we can all feel our best on the beach this summer.
