My Favorite Fall Fits I Will Be Wearing This Season

*By Maya Fisher*

With so many trends to choose from, fall is definitely my favorite season fashion-wise. Here are some fits that I’m excited to style this season.

Fit 1:

A sweater, jeans and booties are a staple combo for me in the fall. I love how versatile this pairing is for both a daytime and nighttime look.

This sweater from RD Style is super comfy and colorful. I love how the purple and blue hues blend together. These jeans from Pistola are my go-tos for any occasion — they look good with almost any top! You can find a similar pair here. To tie this outfit together, I picked my favorite booties from Nasty Gal, which were super affordable for black booties. As a bonus accessory, I threw on a Rebeccas Minkoff purse

Fit 2:

Pairing a sweater and a skirt is the perfect transition outfit from summer to fall. I’m super excited to wear this daytime outfit.

I picked up this sweater from Nordstrom Rack, and I am in love. It is so soft and comfy, plus it’s a super nice purple color. This sweater pairs perfectly with this brown skirt from Free People, also coincidentally from Nordstrom Rack. (Don’t sleep on Nordstrom Rack! They have some really great finds.) For shoes, I chose my Golden Goose sneakers because the pink on the sneakers matched nicely with the purple sweater. To top off the outfit, I paired it with the same Rebecca Minkoff purse.

Fit 3:

I feel like Kim Possible in this look, but I love it! The star of this outfit is the pants — they’re super fun and unique. The brand, Blanknyc, is one of my favorite brands for denim. Since the pants are very busy, I decided to pair them with a plain black tight long sleeve shirt. For shoes, I chose my black leather Doc Martens. To accessorize, I wore a silver chain belt from Brandy Melville and a black studded purse from Zara. The silver in the purse, belt and pants paired nicely.

Fall/Winter Jacket:

Depending on the weather, I may choose to pair any of these outfits with my winter jacket. Coming from Florida to Lehigh, I didn’t own a winter coat. After searching far and wide, I chose this SAM jacket. I love how it matches with everything and, most importantly, it keeps me super warm.
